The groundsmen kept the place looking beautiful. The maintenance team kept everything in working order. It's the WORST when you arrive at a run down hotel. Naty at the magic garden is superb with kids.

The rooms were VERY basic. Checking in took ages. The outside apartment space was the worst I have ever stayed in. It was a tiny area under the stairs.

i got a premium apartment! the room included two separate sinks. it also had a rainfall shower, i loved that.

The tv english channels did not work. The tv remote should be cleaned. i think so!
